I am a professional Integral Master Coach TM with over 8 years experience coaching employees and leaders on a wide range of leadership and personal development topics.”.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, I have led Interdepartmental Action Learning (or Peer Coaching) Groups with participants from a wide range of public sector departments and agencies, including: House of Commons, Treasury Board Secretariat, Department of National Defence, and Ministry of Justice.

I have conducted and co-facilitated a train the trainer workshop on Action Learning focusing on preparing learning specialists, Alternate Dispute Resolution practioners and Organization Development strategist to facilitate these groups.

Committed to making coaching more accessible to managers and supervisors of the Public Service, for over 3 years, I was a Coaching resource and faculty member for the National Managers’ Community and facilitated numerous Coaching workshops to Public Service Managers. In this capacity I have also designed workshops such as “Having Successful Conversations”; “the three part Coaching Conversation”; “How to engage employees in times of change" , and "Developing your coaching leadership style"...

In 2011, I was the author of the Department of National Defence “Coaching for Excellence” training program for managers which was included in the DND civilian learning/leadership curriculum. This program has also been recognized as a valuable resource by the National Managers’ Community and the Canada School of Public Service.

I served as a coach mentor with Integral Coaching Canada Inc. for the certification program.
I also hold the following credentials:

  • Professional certification, The Enneagram Professional Training Program with David Daniels M.D. and Helen Palmer and have conducted numerous team developmental activities using the Enneagram
  • Organization Development Certificate with National Training Laboratory (NTL). I was Manager of the Organization Development team with the Department of National Defence for over 5 years
  • Action Learning Group Facilitation Certificate through the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) ;
  • graduate of the Federal Public Service Commission Developmental Leadership program;
  • professional designation as an Orthotherapist with the L’académie de massage scientifique;
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education from Algonquin College.

In addition to these qualifications, I also come with over 30 years of government, small business and NGO experience in the areas of Management, Human Resources, Training and Organization Development gained in various capacities either from the private, para-public and public sectors. I have also been self-employed in the alternative health care sector
